How do I budge around finding a geneticist outside of vigour insurance?

My son was diagnosed with a chromosome abnormality and his current geneticist is inopportunely too old and a little on the stupid side. The little bit I do know through organization on the net worldwide is that no one else so far have been diagnosed with what my son have. I am trying to find geneticists that can help me. How do I go nearly finding a doctor that can or will help me learn just about my son's problem?

Have you tried:

It's a Q&A and page specific to chromosome abnormality question. Many of the answers don't seem to be great quality, but at hand does appear to be good info there.

Also: http://www.geneclinics.org/ which is a directory of clinics next to geneticists.

Sorry I don't have a direct referral from experience, but if you get no other answers, the above links give the impression of being to be a good starting point for you. Source(s): http://www.inheritance.emory.edu/ask/topic.…
