Im so upset, my boss of 2 years.. didnt transmit me i dont enjoy condition insurance anymore,and presently i enjoy a bill?

I dont know what to do.... my boss pays for my health insurance.. he never told me that i didnt have insurance anymore.. I go to the doctor and now im gettin a 500 dollar bill saying i own to pay it... what should i do?
