Mother does not use strength insurance that father is providing for his children. What should occur?

I pay $550 a month for health insurance for my children. One of my children become sick and was in the hospital for a week. I call the hospital to verify that the insurance that I have provided was self used. Both the hospital and insurance company stated that the insurance was not used. The mother used the state provided insurance call Tenn Care, which is paid by the tax payers. What happen in this situaton. I feel similar to my money is being wasted, because it is not man used. What can I do??
Thanks,

keep paying i guess lol
Tracy H. Is right. Medicaid is suppose to be for children who do not have insurance. You are basically paying twice to hold your children covered. 1) by paying for insurance and then 2) by paying taxes to pay for Tenn Care.

Now proverb this. A dumb question is does the mother know you have the children covered and does she know how to access it?

If Tenn Care have as many limitations as Texas Medicaid or CHIP (children coverage here) has here contained by Texas I don't think she is deliberately trying to avoid using your insurance. I'm logically just assuming. Here in Texas it would in actual fact be more of an effort for her to use Medicaid instead of a private insurance company.
The mother is committing fraud, in that she have obtained coverage without informing them that in attendance was already insurance coverage. The only righteous reason to do this is so that welfare come after you for some or all of the cost. It will not business by then whether or not you have coverage, one and only that you have deeper pockets.

A California father, who had custody since the divorce, be ordered to pay back welfare for what the mother collected for 7 years years by claiming she have custody and didn't know where he was.

Notify welfare AND the county prosecutor. Consider preparing a custody flout, should she get arrested.

If you need comfort with that, go to Dads House contained by Yahoo Groups. There's an educational manual surrounded by the file section that can tutor you what you need to know. The organization it come from is defunct due to attorneys that tried to take it over and make money from it.

Take the time to cram what you can and should do.

important item is ur children are coverd. If Tn care is covering them well next save ur money use it to do something nice with/for kids. If the coverage is inadequate ( as medicare be for my mom resulting in her death at the hand of a quack ) then try and get ur wife to use urs and sue for discount try and get custody if she balks
if you can get proof the children are covered, you can probably get them dropped from your insurance, but you will entail proof to do that

I would not think the children would even be eligiable for the state insurance, since they HAVE insurance and their father make too much to be eligible for state aid.

Call the hospital and tell them there be a mistake and give them your insurance information. That's probably the best way to do it minus getting your ex in trouble for insurance fraud.
Quit paying it. Cancel the policy. Problem solved. Source(s): Common sense.
If you are court ordered to provide it you must, but the wife is double dipping. Notify the state and provide them with your insurance information. This is what is wrong next to our countries financial system--the people like the wife taking ascendancy and the states lack of communication.
