Poor children get insured under medicaid.....it is the middle class children that should be worried.....since McCain have the WORST record in the senate on children's issues, including voting against coverage for children's insurance. Do you really want to hold it against a child and not allow coverage b/c of their parents' appointments? I suppose you are also against abortion?? One or the other.....since McCain also has one of the worst record within congress on women's issues--voting 127 times against women's needs, AND voting against birth control being covered beneath health insurance.

As long as the American Government pays them to have children, they will. Our welfare pays for their health diligence. Women can go to family planning and bring back free birth control. Sorry, but it is up to the woman to control her own body! There is no excuse for a woman to get pregnant, there are plentiful forms of birth control. (Rape is different). Being poor is not an excuse!

It's be this way since history of man. The poorer countries, you may have notice have more children in their family. It's a lack of education roughly birth control.

Bravo, I applaud you. Many of them keep have children because they are in the system and get more money for respectively child they have. Many of them go to court to struggle to keep their children (even though they can't support them properly) because their paycheck would be leaving them.
