How long does it steal to recieve an European Health Insurance card?

I'm from another country. I'm a resident of UK but i'm not a national of the UK. My school is going to france on a trip on 26th June and I need my EHIC for 4th June, i applied for it, by post, on 6th May. Will it arrive on the dot, and when will it arrive?
