Yes, you will stipulation health insurance.

Although it is a Crown Dependency, Jersey is NOT part of the UK so you aren't covered by the NHS, and it isn't contained by the EU so you aren't covered by EHIC either.
It's not at the moment but I read something earlier today saying that from latter this year you will need it.
