Can't afford vigour insurance, but I'm disabled and cant work, will the command settle up my bills? ?


If somebody paid health insurance premiums for years but couldnt afford them anymore and have to cancel it, what do they do if they can't work due to disability and need medication and doctor visits, etc? Can they get robustness insurance from the governement here in the usa? I'm too young to acquire medicare or social security. Can they get SSI or will the governement salary for their medical bills and meds? Im in the usa.
