Most people don't requirement hospitalization. The strain in the US has be milder and Americans are generally healthier than the Mexican victims. But yes, a sick individual could get care short insurance.

Out of over 300,000,000 culture, that seems like a nice small percentage to me. Not to mention that no overnight case that originated in the United States have led to a death.
