Answers: Illinois department of public aid !! even if you cant attain insurance with a private company, and you dont think you can seize help from the state because you do have a honourable or even ok income, they have plans that are just similar to private insurance, you pay monthly (just like private ins.) base on your income...it not just for people who cant afford ins..

It would really depend on which hospital you delivered at. If you have one in mind, you can call and ask their financial department and they can explain to you about how much. E.G I'm delivering at a St. Lukes contained by Meridian, ID and it's going to cost about $7,000. That doesn't include prenatal care which is an auxiliary $4,000 at a local OBGYN place. So without insurance, my prenatal and delivery is around $11,000. It will/would be more if I necessitate a C-section. With insurance will vary as well, because different agencies proposition different coverage for different rates per month. Some don't offer maternity coverage and if you don't enjoy insurance when you become pregnant, private insurers won't cover your pregnancy.
