Can I get hold of my license in need strength insurance?

Can a permit driver that's over the legal age and have had the permit for 3 years drive in need someone in the car? Can they drive alone? Or do they own to drive with another licensed driver or is it just mom/father type treaty? Can someone explain this to me?
I don't have any health insurance, and I'm still living next to my parents. They say I cannot get my license until I do...Does form insurance have anything to do with getting my license? They have an idea that that I have to have it. I'm 20 years outdated, isn't it my decision?
Answers:
Some states require for you to own health insurance to drive a motorcycle, but I have never hear of it for a a vehicle license. I would be willing to bet they are talking just about auto insurance.
You hold to have PIP or personal injury protection on the vehicle you are driving. If another person owns the vehicle ,you have to be on their policy . A permit is not a license to drive solo at any age.
I would like to suggest you get as much information as you could up to that time taking action, here http://www.HealthInsuranceIdeas.info/free-online-health-insurance.htm is a good place for that.
Yes health insurance has nought to do with driving. But you have to receive automobile insurance. Source(s): Online websites and my mom!
Your parents are pulling the wool over your eyes. You do not need strength insurance to have a driver's license. They must want to keep you stale the roads. My sister has had a license for years and years and years but she have never had health insurance.
