How is it Constitutional for the political affairs to punish ancestors for not purchasing robustness insurance?
If I'm understanding the new Health Care restructuring right, the government will essentially force people to return with insurance. Now, don't get me wrong, I understand the significance of insurance, but how can they force it on someone?
Its part of their socialistic plan. Thanks to the sheeple, obama followers, that believed on the hope and "chump" transform catchy phrase.
It is a gimmick,,,, the health insurance regulation with a penalty is merely another gimmick to get you to want obamacare.

Good question. I can't think why not. After adjectives, they can levy taxes and draft people.
EDIT -- It strikes me that the other answers paid no attention to the Constitution, which be the question. Can they point to a provision in the Constitution which prevents the organization from making insurance mandatory? I can't think of one. The Commerce Clause, maybe, if one be never going to get medical care outside of one's own state, but logically that isn't the case.
EDIT -- Well, your argument isn't really a Constitutional one. But taking it as it is, the problem is this. People get sick in need insurance, they go bankrupt (3/4 of bankruptcy are due to illness), they stiff the hospital and the doctor. Or they use the emergency room which costs a lot more than visiting a doctor's department and again, we get socked with the bill. So you any turn sick people away and watch them die, which we aren't prepared to do, or the insured end up subsidizing the uninsured by about $1000 per year. Which is what's be happening, that's apparently the actual figure.
