Help! Question on lost card for buckeye strength insurance medicaid contained by Ohio?

The jobs and family services told me that my daughter be no longer able to get the buckeye condition insurance...I contacted my new case worker and she said that be wrong and that she was still on the buckeye medicaid thing....however by that time i no longer enjoy my daughters buckeye medical insurance cards...has anyone else had this problem...what should I do?
