I Know Some Sports The Fighters Signs Off His Health Insurance For The Contract Like In Pro Wrestling. But What about a Real Sport Like UFC Or MMA Where Its More Violent?

if they buy it themselves. the UFC doesn't provide it and they have their own liability insurance so they wouldn't own to pay for an injured fighter anyway...
