The primary goal is to pass a comprehensive change around. now i don't agree with a national preference from the government, i do believe the other aspects such as regulation is important. I sincerely believe some of the individuals in office enjoy the best of intentions, i also understand the subject has be irreparably damaged by political intervention.
The perfect goal is to make going to the doctors and emergency services more affordable for every american. at hand are alot of people that go in debt because they cant afford their doctor bills.
