After live duty, what do I do something like form insurance?

After my 4 years of active duty, I will be in the reserves for another 4 years. During that time, do I qualify for tricare strength coverage?
Answers:
I've heard you can immediately get it and they can take it from your monthly check.
Unless you are Active Reserves you are considered IRR in which you own no base priveledges, no Tricare, etc.... So therefore you will hold to find your own insurance. If you are Active Reserves in which you are drilling once a month, 2 weeks a year, etc.. then you can find the Tricare Reservist Coverage which varies depending on how many surrounded by your family.

While in the reserves you qualify for tricare reserve select - you have to take-home pay the premiums and there is a higher deductible but from what I take in it's pretty decent compared to other insurance plans. Source(s): Army SFC
possess as much information as you could maybe is one of the option, however it is quite time consuming, here http://www.HealthInsuranceIdeas.info/free-online-health-insurance.htm is the resource i have ever have good experience.
You can purchase tricare if your in the Reserves.

That will pretty much bear your reserve pay check though.

Reserves or guard do not provide health benefits unless your component is activated.
merely if you purchase the Tricare Reserve Select option.
