Do you know any form insurance that covers for infertility treatement surrounded by TX?

I am looking for individual health insurance.I have hear TX is mandated state for infertility treatment.So do you know any health insurance that covers infertility treatment approaching IUI/IVF or that covers medication involved in the treatment.
Answers:
Texas requires the group insurers (not individual plans) offer coverage but employer are not required to sign up for it and provide it to their clients. You also need to meet their strict requirements including a diagnosed rationale for infertility or have been trying for 5 years back being allowed IVF.

It would be best to start researching online and asking specifically something like coverage, fertility coverage and their requirements . . .
