Can a self employed business owner take off form insurance cost for self?

can i deduct something like blue cross blueshield for man self employed expense?
Answers:
yes - at least 25% of it - look at instructions for agenda C/1040
That's a tax question moreso than an insurance quiz.

Health insurance is deductible as a business expense as long as payment is not discriminatory, meaning every member of staff has to have theirs compensated. If you just pay yours and not other organization, then it's compensation and not a business expese. If it's just you on the payroll, consequently it'd still probably be compensation.

That being said, I've got insureds that pilfer the deduction and dare the IRS to audit them.
not from your business expenses(Sch C)
however on the front of the 1040 there is a line for your vigour insurance(100%) for a self employed
yes you can ----
