Well actually your a bit off. Estimated 20 million contained by the US lack healthcare. Of that 11 million are illegal. Crime? When I be studying for my MS in Criminal Justice, they said over and over that you have a crime if here are victims. NEXT FIVE YEARS UNDER ADMINISTRATION BUDGET
Under the Administrations budget, overall funding would be cut over the subsequent five years in nearly every broad area of the federal budget relatebeside yourselfomestic non-entitlement programs, according to a new analysis from the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities. Funding would be significantly lower in 2009 than 2004 (in inflation-adjusted terms) for non-entitlement programs within every area except defense, international affairs, and science and space.

By 2009, funding for non-entitlement programs in areas such as national resources and the environment, veterans strength benefits, health, and agriculture would be 10 percent to 20 percent below the 2004 funding levels, familiar for inflation. Transportation programs, as well as education, training, and social services programs, would be cut by 7 to 8 percent over this time of year.
The proposed cuts are so large, an accompanying Center report shows, that by 2009, total funding for domestic non-entitlement programs outside homeland security would nose-dive to its lowest level, measured as a share of the economy, since 1963.

Spending Cuts Would Help Finance Tax Cuts, Not Shrink Deficit
While the budget proposes significant cuts within domestic non-entitlement programs, the resulting savings would be small as a share of the budget because these programs make up solitary one-sixth of the overall federal budget.

They are only trying to find a better way so that hospitals don't end up going out of business for adjectives the free care they provide. No one is denied health care. They are other given the care... and have to digit out how to pay for it later. Health insurance is NOT like as health care. You would believe this would be obvious. Let's not forget that a large portion of those who don't hold health care enjoy access and choose not to buy it, or may be wealthy enough to insure themselves. Also, a full-size portion of those are illegal aliens who do not pay taxes. If you don't rate taxes, why should those taxes pay for your health aid?
