How much trouble can I capture into if I don't abolish my ex bf's vigour insurance?
Through a domestic partnership, I had my bf on my health insurance plan at work. We hold since broken up and no longer live together. He can't afford paying out of pocket or get his own insurance. I was going to cut him past its sell-by date at the end of September. Due to recent events though, he needs the insurance very soon more than ever... for a few more months.
If your ex-bf is submitting claims and and your employer finds out you are no longer in a domestic partnership, you will probably be fired. Your employer and/or the insurance company will no doubt sue you both fot reimbursement and the insurance company will surely hold you charged with insurance fraud, which is a felony.
So, you can get into a LOT of trouble for this.
You're not going to get surrounded by trouble. The worst thing that could happen would be that the insurance company finds out and thus cancel his plan or possibly yours as well.
"> Your insurance costs your employer money. I would fire you. How someone else will react, I can't guess.
absolutely no trouble at adjectives. Why are you responsible for an ex-boyfriend?
SEEMS LIKE U AINT OVER HIM.... U HAVE TO CUT HIM OFF IF NOT HE WILL NEVER GO AWAY AND ALWWAYS COME FOR YOU FOR MONEY
If the policy is contingent on you living together, you face insurance fraud which is a federal crime and will seize you heavy fines and, most likely, prison time. Making false claims on an insurance policy is no different than break-in through fraud. You would be a thief. Google insurance fraud and your state and see the prison terms individuals are getting.
Fraud maybe
depends on you form a decision
that would be great of you. go state!
