Why can't Canada own a vigour insurance policy for Americans?
Basically if you are American and you want to enjoy the same healthcare Canadians wallow in from the taxes they pay, why can't Canada offer a policy where on earth I can pay money to the Government of Canada and then receive Canadian medical caution anytime I need it?
And they can have Canadian doctors located contained by the states?

Because if people pay, we Canadians wouldn't be enjoy our Socialized Medicine would we? That would be the start of a two tier system we are fighting to avoid. If some people foot direct and some pay through taxes, sooner or later those paying direct are going to gain better service.
