Where I work adjectives full time and part-time employees according to hours worked receive benefits. The individual employees that are not offered these benefits are as needed staff or contractual staff are under different guidelines.
All of the same class of employees. We enjoy union and non union and singular give insurance to the non union. We reward the union employees a soaring wage and they divert several dollars an hour to the unions to pay for medical, apprenticeships, short possession disability and retirement. Each month I write a large check to each coalition for the diversions they run around $8 an hour some less depending what that union voted on.
