The new tobacco tax will fund strength insurance for Children. If I had to choose this seems to be a no brainer.

Raising taxes will result in LESS revenue.
And since the increase is for the ILLEGALS, I don't enjoy an answer.
Perhaps we need to enforce the laws so the children of illegals do not suffer ..... here.

parents should insure their kids, the state should insure the underprivileged, the smokers are always getting targeted. okay so if we quit smoking, the store owners suffer, and the kids suffer, it's a lose, lose, situation.
