What are the option for a 19 yr weak girl near a ruptured cyst and no strength insurance?

My brother's girlfriend just turned nineteen and had to be taken to the hospital for a ruptured cyst. When taken to the doctor the sunshine after, they said they had to perform more test which would cost 900 dollars. They wanted the money up front. She has no robustness insurance and doesn't qualify for medicaid. What can she do? We live in Georgia.
