What information EXACTLY is needed to be given to robustness insurance?

Answers:
Each condition insurance company has their own application, and can ask for whatever they want. There are WAY too frequent possibilities.
You're just going to have to attain a few applications and fill them in.
Before you homily to any insurance company or agent, it is helpful to know what THEY know about you. Which may be more than you deliberate, if you have already provided them personal information.
Most insurance companies suscribe to the Medical Information Bureau (MIB), which is an information service which keeps medical information available to insurance companies as they bear the underwriting process with potential policy holders.
Consumers hold the right to access this record once a year for free. See link within "Source" below. I would strongly recommend you request your MIB record BEFORE you talk to an insurance company.
If you enjoy ever been on personal insurance, how you have used the insurance will be reported to the MIB. Even if you are on group insurance, sometimes your strength history will be reported to the MIB.
The point being - you will likely be asked within the underwriting process about what the insurance company already know from your MIB report. Other than that, what they learn about you is up to you.
It's my experience and personal assessment that insurance companies hope you will talk a lot. The more you reveal, the more they can charge on your premiums. Source(s): http://www.health-insurance-low-cost.net…

Normally designation, address, dob, & social. They will also ask for your dependants information too. You will probably have to take a "form survey" i.e. are you a smoker, do you have a heart condition, etc.
