I hold no form insurance currently, can i stir to the doctors below my parents coverage or no?

depends how old you are and your situation... if you are still surrounded by college and a FULL time student you can be covered up to age 23 at least with most insurances, sometimes 25... and if you are not a full time student next it will stop at 18 years old
If you aren't covered you can't use their insurance. If you need to go to a doctor you will have need of to pay yourself.
