If you are fully retired, you qualify for Tricare just like a retired alive duty Soldier.
As a retired Reservist there are several possible answers.

1. If you were a combat veteran you hold at least 5 years of helath care available via the Veteran's command if service was since 2001

2. If you have reach age 60 and fully retired you have same health attention to detail availability as retired active service members

3. I f you are a grey nouns retiree, not yet 60 or disabled, you have no robustness care unless medical issue is service related.
