What is the robustness policy contained by great China? Does Govt. provide free vigour or you enjoy to buy condition insurance?
Is it similar to USA where everyone has to buy strength insurance which is not possible for everyone.
I am assuming that it should not be like USA otherwise how can 1.3 billion population buy strength insurance. Health insurance concept is not possible in that huge population. How does strength system work in China ??

About 80% of Chinese are buying health insurance, however, it is still very expensive to receive medical precision in hospitals.
Govt provides vigour care, however there is a tiered system depending on the class of the tolerant. General hospitals and clinics are filthy, and the health care is dismal for the lower class, race go there to die.
It is adjectives to see sewage running across the floor, there is no cleaning done, sanitation is unheard of, xray machines covered with blood and pus etc I enjoy visited them, seen them, so I am not making this up. Its horrifying.
Then you progress up a notch and there are nicer cleaner hospitals and clinics but still not fairly up to par or state of the art for the middle class, business people etc. They are cleaner, ut still lacking contained by sanitation, bathrooms are disgusting etc Drs are slightly better educated, treatment for patients is more efficient and is aimed at curing fairly than just providing a place to die.
Then there are celebrity or #1 hosptitals and clinics which are like country clubs for the wealthy - top pit, state of the art equipment, Drs trained overseas, quite sanitary, luxurious, the patient will see a specialist directly, no waiting. The goal is to heal and spoil
Many people, especially rural people still prefer traditional pills over "western" or "modern medicine". Rural people have almost no access to medical safekeeping unless they can afford to travel into the cities. Peasants are still without social programs in most of China.
Sorry there is no system health care for the lots in China. If you get ailing you will have to pay for it yourself.
You can buy private healthcare insurance for China but read the small print on it.

The system is making some attempts to provide medical care to everyone, but the reality is they're system is close to the US. And no, not everyone can buy insurance, in fact Chinese unanimously do not have insurance.
How it works is, you get sick, you hold money, you go to the doctor, you pay, probably you get well.
OR
You draw from sick, you have no money, you stay sick, or go into massive debt from own flesh and blood members, or die.
