Is your treatment free/discounted near your insurance?
I'm just wondering.. how do I find out if it's free with my insurance? is it singular certain therapists? or do lasting insurances cover all types of therapy?

Your insurance card should own an 800# for customer service. Call them and ask. All policies are different.
You need to check your coverage manual or ring up them. Ask them for a list of covered doctors as well.
My insurance covers 12 visit a year at 75% within network, 50% outside meet people. 12 visits a year is not adequate, imo.
Do call your insurance company first - every policy is different but mine go like this:
If I want mental health services I own to get an advocate inside my insurance company who decides whether or not I really need mental condition care. Then I can choose one of their doctors..... then they foot for 90% after I pay my $2000 deductible.
My psychiatrist is covered under form if it's just for medication and they pay 90%.
My consultant is not in their network so I merely bypass the whole thing and reimburse him cash.......
Health insurance sucks for mental health coverage.... telephone call yours it may be better.
Someday we will have mental health pariety and hopefully things will draw from easier.
