How does someone who have physical disabilities take insurance to win a scooter for free?
A lady has trouble walking and requests a mobility scooter but has no insurance. What can she do to get insurance? and the scooter? this is surrounded by Tennessee

Sadly, it will be nearly impossible for her to carry insurance. If she gets SSDI she qualifies for medicare a year or 2 after that.
