Where can I gain free form insurance?
Medicare and medicaid turned me down. I'm diabetic, and unemployed at the moment. Anyone know where I can bring back free insurance? Thanks!

Canada, but what is the tax rate in that? Military. Several employers have free healthcare plans for the member of staff only usually it is a high deductible plan.

No such thing as 'free' insurance. Even Medicaid and them aren't technically free- your taxes go into it. My suggestion would be to look up some diabetic support groups, they might be able to hook you up with donations until you can get hold of a job that'll provide insurance.
