Free phone near no insurance?

Ok, so I have a voyager(great phone) but it recently be RAN OVER! I didn't do it. Anyway, the phone works fine except for both of the screens are cracked. The touch screen still works (sometimes). Well, I don't enjoy any insurance on it or a warrenty. Is there anyway I could go to verizon and acquire it fixed or swapped for free? Or any other suggestions would be helpful. Thanks. :)
