No vigour insurance call for a free dr or clinic?

in the sacramento area I enjoy a friend who has no insurance or money he does have a situation .but has house pmt and all that he requirements to go to a Dr .Does anyone know of a free clinic in that nouns ?

I live contained by Orange County, CA...You need to go to Planned Parenthood...They will assist him...He may apply for free in that at the clinic and get a green card that will allow him to go here anytime...You are a good friend....
