Will Verizon cover my cell phone for free if I own insurance & a warranty if i narrate them a infallible story?
Actually my phone has a lot of wet damage but I heard that if I simply told them that I had lost my phone they would cover it for free.
Is this true??
I have insurance & my warranty is still flawless.
My phone is prolably onle a week old...

Negative ghoul rider....it doesn't matter what happened to your phone Verizon will never replace it for free unless its a warranty issue (water however is not a warranty issue and they can report its water damaged due to the river indicator under the battery). Insurance covers anything that happened to your phone, they wont even ask you for a story. However, in attendance is a deductible you have to pay which I believe is $50 bucks
