So frequent of these liberals on here fail to understand that wide-reaching health care is NOT FREE! Our taxes will f*cking skyrocket, lurk times to see a doctor will be enormous, causing some inhabitants to die waiting for treatment, the government will decide if covering your illnesses will be secure, so they can turn you down for any reason if they want, so no one is guaranteed robustness care under socialized tablets, doctors will be highly under compensated for a very stressful career that take shitloads of patience, intelligence, skill, and about 12 years of college and adjectives the loans that come with it. Who the hell is gonna want that profession? Socialized medicine is going to turn away drastically skillful doctors and surgeons to other professions, leaving us with substandard doctors and surgeons! Not to mention, the huge advance in treatments, technologies, procedures and medicine will suffer as well, since things run by the government become stagnant lacking the need for competition in a marketplace driven field! Competition in the free marketplace between private companies is what makes advances so lavish in a given field! Not gonna appear under government bureaucratic run prescription!
