I am so depressed. I don't enjoy vigour insurance but I don't qualify for free medical effort.?
I wish I could take medication but it looks approaching I have to suffer thru this on my own and just seize thru it. This has happened formerly in my life but very soon it is at a crucial point. My self respect always kept me from giving in but that's worn-out anymore. I don't have anyone to talk to roughly it. My family would say purely suck it up. It's not easy to do that anymore. How can I get thru this stressful time contained by my life? I 've responded with anger and complaints roughly my co workers to my boss and now I am mad at myself for not handling the situation better. It's a portion time job with no benefits and money is tight so if you respond near "seek counseling" or "seek medical help", i.e. not helpful to me. Nothing seems to situation anymore

I've been through that myself. Can't you borrow the money from someone without recounting them what it's for? Depression can really mess up your life if you don't feel resembling doing anything and don't take pleasure from anything around you.
If you really can't get medication, try to suppose positive, maybe join a support group or something...

MANY if not most if all pharmaceutical companies have drug programs for low-income family. Ask your doctor for help in contacting the drug companies for assistance. If he can't assistance you then use google. Type in the drug manufacturer's christen and key words such as patient assistance or the drug and forgiving assistance. You'll see a lot of help.

Well, if you want to have the benefit of the pills while not taking them you are going to have to work your butt off- difficult when one have depression.
Try yoga. The chemical release from one hour every day has duplicate chemical release that pills do- without the hassle of trying to find the right pill (and if you don't have condition insurance for that, it can be a *****).
Also, I know you said not to seek counseling, but honestly you need it. If you are not sufficiently expert to pay for it or have the time to find the right shrink for you- then be your own therapist. Journal every afternoon for at least an hour and a half. That bearing, you understand your thoughts and are more capable of working through them.
Many clinics hold sliding-scale fees based on how much money you earn. Could be you could get analysis for a few bucks a session. Also, most pharmaceutical companies have assistance programs to help folks with no insurance in which if you qualify you can find meds for free. Have to go through your doctor though.
If going to the doctor is out of the question because of money, you might want to consider finding another job, one that would enjoy benefits. Try a temp service, alot of people find full time employment that way.
If you be depressed before, now you are again, it is hugely likely you will in the adjectives too.
You have to try to make your duration more positive and one way is to find a job that make you feel good roughly yourself. It is hard to feel obedient when you aren't making enough money for basic requests! Going to the doctor is a need you must find a way to fulfill!

If you want another mission you could consider it a goal to apply for an opening once a hours of daylight and put it away.
Find a new hobby or pick something you already have skills contained by.
Invite and visit friends and family.
Start a scrapbook.
Exercise - fashion up your own routine or join a group activity.
Dust your camera stale and go take some pics of make-up
Eat healthy....too much junk food make people cranky because they don't feel moral physically
Write a note or send a card to an elderly entity in your family pointing out the upright things in your life.....be cheerful the elderly are some times drastically lonely.
Hug your loved ones.
Make sure you are getting enough water. People who bring enough fluids have more vivacity and dehydration will naturally cause folks to be on edge.
Open the curtains or blinds every morning ....make it routine.
Find a cool puzzle for times where on earth you are bored.
Garden ...if no space try container gardening
Take a ballroom group class
Call those you keep *thinking* about getting contained by touch with.
