Looking for a saloon next to free insurance.......?

My brother has just passed his driving experiment and I am trying to help him get a contemporary car but keep the costs down. He is 23 and I be wondering if anyone new of any deals that are on at the moment. He lives surrounded by Glasgow if that's any help.

There is NO such item as FREE INSURANCE. They just off-load the insurance cost in the exotic car you buy.
