Will it no longer be free if they know I enjoy insurance?

There is a local clinic that does free STD testing and I was also wanting to dance there for a check-up since I haven't had one within a few years (horrible I know). I will be using my insurance for the check-up and afterwards I want to ask for an STD testing, when they find out that I have insurance will they bring in me pay for the STD testing instead of giving it to me for free?
