In a recent article in a magazine that my Dad read, Dollar is one of the worst places to rent a car from because even though you buy their extra insurance, they still try to receive money out of you (up to the car's value) if something happened to the car, even though the those had bought the extra insurance. They have also said that relations did things to the car that were already nearby when the people got the sports car, but because the people couldn't prove that the problem was near before they got the coupé, they got slammed with the costs.
When I be in motion to Orlando in December, I already checked with my insurance company and I do not have need of any additional insurance from the car rental places. Perhaps you should check beside your as well to save money that you don't call for to spend.
