Why does England require free NHS but America have to enjoy Health insurance?

Answers: England has the NHS which is free within the sense that you don't pay a fee for respectively individual treatment but we pay for it through our tax system. It comes directly out of our wages.
The conception is that anyone can get care when they stipulation it, regardless of wealth.

America doesn't have 'free' vigour care and so people call for insurance to pay for any care or treatment they might involve.

The reason the UK have a National Health Service is becasue some MP about 60 years ago thought it was a great conception (and still is) to make everyone pay a contribution (Your national Insurance, taken strait from your pay) to pay envelope for everyones healthcare, when they needed it.

I say it still is a great idea as no thing how much people critise the NHS, it is still a fundamentaly good enterprise that has become a vitim of its own sucess...and also badly run within recent years but the aim is still the same.

The US, for some reason - I'm not entirely sure where on earth it came from, maybe ask the Healthcare Insurers and Providers?, is against public form because it makes them feel similar to they are communists, socialists, what-have-you...

They already have public law enforcement, legitimate system, education system, fire prevention, health for food industry, building regulations and oh so several other things, so this is totally beyond me!

England requires it because it is a basic and simple requirement for a civilised, people orientated affairs of state to provide for its people... as with adjectives other nations - who other than the US doesnt hold a "free at point of treatment" healthcare system? It stands to reason to say that more recurrently than not, when you need treatment is most often when you are smallest capable of paying.

Those who work and pay taxes through the PAYE system also make National Insurance contributions. Therefore, the NHS is not free. In my crust, the government takes at tiniest lb200 from my pay every month.

The NHS is only free to those stagnant bastards who are too thick, or lazy to work and earn their own money instead of living past its sell-by date the taxes I pay.

I wish i didn't enjoy to pay national insurance contributions. I don't use the NHS. I have private medical insurance through my work, and we enjoy a private GP on site..... So as far as i'm converened I shouldnt have to pay for those those who can't or won't make their own contributions.

It is not Free they take a contribution out of your pay,,,,and we pay prescription charges,also,,,its the freeloaders coming here and using it that is crippling,it,,,Don't go and get me started,,!!

England doesn't require the nhs, and its not free, its paid for beside taxes, Americans dont pay as much in excise as we do, hense their health insurance.
British tax payers pay for the National Health Service -in argument it means everyone (rich and poor) has access to duplicate health care.

USA doesnt enjoy the same system - they pay for their healthcare individually within the form of insurance.
