go to your university health clinic as soon as possible. Also, you CAN go to an ER- believe me, general public go for colds! Go to your county hospital- they HAVE to see you and they will bill you. It will be expensive ( at least $250) but you can recompense it off a few $$ a month. If you're in grim pain, go tonight to the ER. Good luck
most colleges enjoy a medical clinic on site for students, they will treat you for minor infections, etc. Kidney infections can be very serious, even life threatening. If they cannot treat you at institution, go to an urgent care, it will cost you nearly $80 plus the cost of a urine test and medications. Be sure to report the MD that you don't have insurance, so they will prescribe medications that aren't too expensive. Also, you can try the local strength department, usually they will have an outpatient clinic that will charge according to your income.
Please go to the ER. Some even have grant for low-income or unemployed people.
As a college student you want to own some type of assistance in place for situations like this, I believe a great fit for you would be a healthcare discount program. That process, you get upwards 50% or more off quickly on what you would usually pay out of pocket at the dentist, physician, or emergency room. The plans start at $19.95/month covering everyone in the household, regardless of relation. Perfect for college roomates! You can check it out as all right as providers in your area by going to www.mybenefitsplus.com/trhonda2000.
