Can I replace My Sidekick 3 for free if i get insurance?

Well my sidekick has been dropped several times and it have many marks on it and very soon the screen is kinda sticking out from the silver panels...i would similar to to know if I took it to T-mobile, would they replace it for free? or is it not damaged enough to gain replaced?

they might replace it, the best thing to do is tell them you lost it, and they will distribute you a new or refurbished one. BUT, you will hav eto pay the deductible, which i believe is $110, it wont be free, but cheaper next buying a whole new phone
