The course things are right now, we already don't have a choice. Some doctors will not adopt patients without insurance. Even if you say you enjoy cash, they won't take you. You know how expensive hospital bills are lacking insurance. So we are forced to get insurance. I get it from work and it is not free. They cart a portions of the salary I would have gotten, and use it to pay envelope for the insurance. In my benefits package, they counted my insurance as part of my compensation. So logically I wouldn't decline insurance if I'm already forced to pay for it.

In the Canadian Health care system private health trouble is illegal. If you need a service and a Doctor requirements to provide that service it is ILLEGAL for you to get that service unless it is through the government mandate Medicare system!
If the Doctor defies the government they run his billing number away and he will no longer be paid for anything; basically closing his practice.
Health carefulness is paid for by taxes, both sales due and payroll deductions. You have no choice within either. If you don't want to pay sale tax you have the choice to not buy anything.
