If you hold insurance on your out-of-date psp can you bring the brand new slim black psp for free if you break it?
Answers: Yes you can if you play your cards right. If you bought a product replacement plan (PRP) from the store you bought it at, you can take it back and enjoy them exchange it for a new one. Now you will most likely own to pay the difference but that shouldn't be more than $20-30.
This is because they are no longer making anymore Original PSPs and the store has to honor their PRP.
One point is the clerk may attempt to turn it on, and if it works the jig is up. I'm not saying break your working PSP, but maybe of late run the battery all the agency down so it won't turn on. I boubt they will plug it in and test it. You may also be somewhat vocally forceful. Now don't get loud and mean, after adjectives the clerk is just doing their job, but a short time ago calmly state that you purchased the warenty and you would like to exchange the part and pay the difference. Source(s): I work at a game outlet, and own had to deal next to this situation.
The only way i see that happing is if teh behind the times psp has bee discontinued
