Who deserves free vigour insurance compensated by the political affairs for their kids?

Who do YOU think should get free command paid health insurance for their children? What financial bracket? Legal status? Etc...
When is someone deserving of a free ride? What recommendation would you put on it if YOU got to decide?
Answers:
No one.
I contemplate kids do.
But then I think Americans do.
If every other industrialized nation can work something out, after surely we can too.
It would save businesses money they now spend on strength insurance, it would save the elderly money on the insurance they have to buy to shore up Medicare. It would store workers money when their bosses no longer offer group insurance and it would save them more when they try to buy private insurance, which is truly cost prohibitive.
It would cover the those surrounded by their twenties who think they are healthy and don't want to pay for insurance, and it would lower our infant mortality rates. I pay for every uninsured being now, especially if they overuse the very expensive ER facilites.
And if adjectives of us, from Bill Gates to Grandma got it paid for out of taxes, not a soul would be better than anyone else or know who couldn't afford their care on their own.
Equality, I think thats mentioned surrounded by our founding documents.
Obviously those below or at the poverty level would qualify..... My income (along beside my wife) approaches 100k, I would expect to pay about like as I do now
Those who are disabled and no one else.
Rent Michael Moore's show "SiCKO", despite whether or not you are a fan of him. Just observe the practices of other countries, and remember the ideology that a country's nouns ought to be based upon how it takes attention to detail of its citizens. Health care ought to be a right, not a privilege for the wealthy. Health insurance companies enjoy turned medicine into a shady business, and the USA could use a real lesson from the successes of other country's robustness care policies.
When a woman is married and she and her husband are poor, when a woman is divorced and struggling, or widowed with kids and finding misfortune.

NOT these sluts having illegitimate kids with different men.
American healthcare is one huge expenditure for little obvious benefit. By head of population America already spends twice the amount Britain does on condition but life expectancy is lower and the US are at the bottom of the industrialised countries for health and form care. Most of the money seems to progress on overheads and profits for care providers, hospital groups, drug manufacturers, and insurance companies.
As the costs spiral upwards and private employer ditch their health care scheme to stave off bankruptcy, increasing numbers of Americans own reduced their health insurance to the barest minimum, and when something goes wrong they are dependent on the back-up provided by the state. Which is by the channel paid by their own taxes. No back up, no bearing to pay, no health safekeeping.
In a lot of European countries socialised health safekeeping means that everyone has access to affordable trouble, and it is not a free ride as it is paid by their taxes. It also means that those who cannot money are not left to die.
Since socialised health caution is a bad word in the States agree to them all die if they can't pay (that's fruitless irony by the way. I am all for the NHS).
Those who are unable to get strength treatments which are considered adequate in wider society and those who cannot afford the primary provisions.
I assume it is fair to provide healtcare for those that CANNOT work. I am not talking in the order of those who don't want to work. For those that can work, we should have a scale. You can't only set an income scale or bracket. In my state (2 bedroom apartment rents for $1550) you can't live on $60K a year with a family circle that has 2 children. In some others you can. So here is the fair plan.

- We set a local income enormity based on average living expenses in a local. Probably by county.
-The Fed subsidizes it by a percentage up to the sunhat for what is consider poor based on the scale.
-Everyone buys commercial insurance if they want it and obtain a tax break for doing so. Those the are under the bonnet, get a subsidy.
-The government negotiate for best prices with the big providers, and there is a discount specifically good for all. (Like Massachusetts)

This passageway, for those that can self-insure, are Christian Science or friends of Ron Hubbard, they are not forced ot have it. If you need it and want it, it is affordable. And if you priorities are a unknown HD TV and car that you can't afford, and not insurance, don't get sick.
Today just our elected politicians and military get free government robustness care. In the future I hope poor children are covered.

Nobody have suggested "free" health care for American citizens. Citizens would enjoy to be taxed to provide coverage for everyone. This is how it's done in the rest of the world.
FREE ??

nought is free kiddo
time to start reading books
My view is that adjectives should. But then I work in a vigour care system that does that. Also, that healthcare system costs less and results surrounded by a lower infant mortality rate than the system in the USA. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Health_care…
