Can my son bring back some free condition Insurance?

Hi, I am married and a stay at home mom. My husband is a sub contractor that is not on payroll and does not have form coverage. Nowadays health insurance is so expensive for a middle class family. I be wondering if there was any free condition insurance for my 4 year old son? I don't even care roughly speaking getting my husband and or I covered at the moment, but if there is something for my son that would be great! Please let me know. Thanks!
