Well, what about the working American born citizens left to die because they cannot afford condition care? No, it is not fair. The USA is the one and only country in the world that takes better watchfulness of non-citizens than it does its own citizens, and then the other countries hate us anyway.

Of course it's not fair, to be exact why middle class America is so angry. I work, can't afford insurance, If I get sick, I'm screwed. Medicare will not help me, because I net too much money. I am an older woman, if I pay for my own insurance, it will cost me 658.00 a month. Since my income is around 2000.00 a month, rent is 1500.00, how am I supposed to to that?
We need Nation Health it is true -many die everyday in hospitals (ask any) because they could not afford their pills. And many programs cater to foreigners (they have no own flesh and blood here-or the trails they face in strange country). It is not fair.
While it is true that not a soul can be denied medical care from an emergency room, those who are here legally and do not work for bread can have their wages garnished and homes taken away to backing pay for medical care they receive, while an unauthorized "immigrant" or other foreigner can walk away without paying a dime because their are no assets written that can be traced to the person who got medical treatment, but have no form of ID due to questionable immigration status.

The alternative would be to own the Federal U.S.government in charge of your strength care...possibly except for the military and the post office, I am not sure that is to say the organization I want to be running things.

People who have little or no income should hold no problem accessing healthcare with miscellaneous programs - Federal, State, and local.

The working poor (100%-200% federal poverty line) are the one's hardest hit...often they do not have job that come with health attention to detail and they don't qualify for programs. In sum this is a complaint often voiced, but working within health care (including contained by volunteer clinics) I do not see people going without treatment, regardless of their insurance or financial status...almost every physician I know have their own (private) version of charity for patients that can not afford their services.
