Affordable or free strength insurance contained by michigan?

Im trying to find health insurance for myself. Im low income, 22, but not pregnant. So medicaid is not a option. Does anybody know of any programs that are extremely cheap to free that i may qualify for? I live contained by Wayne County if that helps.

Aside from medicaid there is no such thing as free insurance and cheap isn't out near either.
