Volunteer/free healthcare for someone w/o insurance?

My Cousin has cancer pretty bad. He doesn't own medical insurance and isn't working right now. So he definitly cannot afford what they need to do to fix his tumors and/or chemo. Is in that some volunteer doctor program or something that will help? Any advice (a) adjectives is appreciated.

Can medicaid help? I'm sorry i.e. all I know of.
Go to your local health department, they may hold a program that fits your cousins needs.
Check with free clinics, university medical programs and your state dept of health and human services. He may qualify for Medicaid or possibly even Social Security disability ( check with SS). Call the state dept of public health - they may know how to help.
Good luck!!
Most hospitals have some sort of free thought fund. Usually the patient will have to riddle out some sort of forms to establish need, and a social worker will help beside that and be the patient advocate. Check near your local hospitals to see what you need to do.
