i am new to boston and havent been competent to sort out my medical insurance and stuff yet. I have a really desperate cold and need to get it checked out....so is in attendance a health clinic for low income/no insurance people within boston?

not sure. the united states is a big piece of crap country when it comes to robustness care though. good luck. if you basically have a cold, i'd say tough it out. they stir away on their own and a doctor can't do much for it.
You could try the Boston Medical CEnter in the South End or probably the Fenway Community health center. You should also look into Mass Health for help near health costs.
