How can I conscript licensed insurance agents ? I own have no luck on adjectives those free undertaking posting sites.?
I am just starting my agency and I am on a tight budget. I need human resources but I have had no luck recruit anyone. Can anyone suggest a job hunting site where I can post available job offers, that is impressive and is free or low cost?

I am a licensed insurance agent and I am getting soo frustrated with adjectives the job posting companies. I have 10years experience and I enjoy all kinds of offer each day but it seem like each one of these companies want these "managers" what it amounts to is you are a door to door salesman and I didnt move about to school for that. I love the insurance industry, that's why i chose it but I would love it if they would explain up front what is entailed beside their "pre-employment" process. I think it would be great if their was a style you could contact people like myself for employment. I believe every detail should be laid out on the table ahead of time....ie:requirements;benefits;expecta…
I hold my license, and I will tell you that people trying to conscript are so annoying. Just being honest. I used to get resembling 3-4 people trying to get me to come work beside a day. it drove me crazy.
1. Who are you trying to recruit for? Are you an exclusive agent? I ask this because most companies do your screening for you and send you nation to interview (e.g. Allstate, State Farm, Farmers ... you get the point).
2. If you're independent, you're going to have to take on this cost on your own if you want to find quality people. You could use something resembling Craig's list, or small ads surrounded by the newspaper (they're not that expensive), but you're not likely to take people who can actually trade and have experience selling to apply for those jobs because that caliber of talent is not looking within those places.
Instead, try networking, asking around, or linking up with a institution that offers CE or class requirements in your nouns. They will have a pool of candidates--just posting something about your agency may be satisfactory.

If I be you I wouldn't post on the internet, you do not know who you could be getting. I would put an ad in your local tabloid and possibly a posting in your local unemployment bureau (my husband found a great job this way). I found my job from the local quality newspaper, been there 13 years presently. I never look on the internet for a job, sorry. My office places ad in 2 local papers & has masses applicants.
